Is patient data stored on your servers?
No. Neurula Scribe is stateless. No audio, transcript, or note is stored on Neurula servers after the session ends. All session data is held in memory only and discarded when you close the consultation.
What languages does it support?
English, Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, and Tagalog. You can switch freely during a single consultation — even mid-sentence. The final SOAP note is always generated in English regardless of the consultation language.
How long does installation take?
About 5 minutes, once per laptop. You unzip a Chrome extension package, load it in Chrome developer mode, and pin it to your toolbar. No server setup, no IT ticket, no waiting.
Can I edit the note before it goes into the EMR?
Yes — always. Nothing reaches the EMR until you click Autofill. Every field is highlighted for review, and you can edit anything directly in the EMR before signing. You remain fully in control of the clinical record at every step.
Is it ADHICS compliant?
