Neurula Technologies cleans up the data e-invoices depend on — customer and supplier TRNs, tax codes, product codes and units — configures UAE VAT in Odoo, and connects Odoo to the accredited service provider you appoint.
Neurula Technologies is not an accredited service provider. We work with the ASP you choose, test invoice exchange end to end before your deadline, and keep Odoo and the ASP connection maintained after go-live.
Neurula Technologies covers the whole Odoo lifecycle, from first implementation to upgrades, integrations and AI.
Discovery, fit-gap analysis, configuration, data migration, training and go-live for companies moving to Odoo for the first time.
Move from Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, SAP Business One or spreadsheets, with balances reconciled before you switch over.
Upgrade an older Odoo version, including custom modules and data, with a tested rehearsal before the live cut-over.
Custom Odoo modules and reports, and integrations with banks, payment gateways, WhatsApp, eCommerce platforms, and clinical or industrial systems.
AI agents that read and write Odoo data: drafting quotations from WhatsApp or email, answering stock questions and flagging overdue invoices. See custom AI development.
Ongoing support under a service-level agreement, user training, new-module rollouts and health checks for existing Odoo systems.
Neurula Technologies runs every Odoo project in four stages and gives a fixed-scope quote after the discovery workshop.
We map your processes, documents, data and reports, then confirm what Odoo covers as standard and what needs configuration or development.
We configure Odoo, migrate and reconcile your data, build agreed customisations and set up UAE VAT and invoicing.
Your key users test real scenarios in a copy of the system, and we train each team on the workflows they will use.
We support the cut-over on site, close the first month’s books with you, and continue under a support agreement.

An Odoo project has two costs: the Odoo subscription, which Odoo S.A. charges per user (the Community edition is free), and the implementation, which depends on the modules, number of users, data migration and customisation. Neurula Technologies gives a fixed-scope quote after a discovery workshop.
It depends on scope. A single company starting on core modules such as accounting, sales, purchasing and inventory is usually measured in weeks; multi-company, manufacturing or heavily customised projects take months. Neurula Technologies commits to a timeline in the proposal after the discovery workshop.
Yes. Odoo’s UAE localisation includes a UAE chart of accounts, UAE VAT taxes and a VAT report. Neurula Technologies configures them for your business and tests the figures against your Federal Tax Authority (FTA) return before go-live.
